2006 DBRC OFFICIAL CLUB RULES 

CLUB OVERVIEW:

    The club will meet annually to discuss club direction and agenda. Fees collected will be used to promote the club and to host tournaments and to provide larger payouts for tournaments. The club consists of three board members:

Jay Cedotal, Brance Lloyd, and Cody Guidry

All club decisions will be made by the three board members.

 The Down Da Bayou Redfish Club (DBRC) will host four open tournaments throughout the year. A fifth championship tournament will be held at the end of the tournament cycle.

CLUB RULES:

• Membership shall be good through December of each year.
• Entry fee to the club will be $20. (New for 2007)
• Each tournament pot will be scraped by a total of 10% which will go to the club funds.
• The club shall consist of three appointed board members.
• All decision made by the board shall be final
• Any decision must be approved by a 2 to 1 vote of the board members.
• At any time any two board members can ask the third board member to resign. The two remaining board members will appoint the new board member.
• The club president shall be the tournament director unless he appoints someone else.
• Terms and Conditions:
  1. The risk of injury and/or death is possible at all DBRC events. The tournament director, board members and/or club members are not responsible for any injuries and/or deaths that occur.
  2. You assume all risk, known and unknown, even if they occur due to the negligence of the releasers or any others, and you accept all responsibility.
  3. You agree with all conditions set forth by your participation in the DBRC events. You have the right to remove yourself from any event if you feel the situation warrants such action. By participating in an event you acknowledge the potential for danger in an event that is subject to unpredictable weather conditions and related events.
  4. You hereby release, indemnify, and hold harmless Down DA Bayou Redfish Club director, board members, sponsors, member and all that may be associated with these events, with respect to any and all injury, disability and death or loss or damage to person(s) or property, whether arising from the release's otherwise to the fullest extent of the law.
  5. It is the responsibility of the participant in every DBRC event to obtain his or her own insurance.
  6. You give your consent to the DBRC to use any picture taken at a DBRC events to be used by the DBRC to promote the club and/or DBRC events.
  7. You have read the release of liability and assumption of agreement and fully understand the terms and conditions.
  8. You understand that you have given up substantial rights by agreeing and agree to it freely and voluntarily without any inducement.
